Perfection Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. water, divided
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 c. chopped celery
1 pimento, cut in small pieces or 2 Tbsp. chopped sweet red or green pepper
