Upside-Down Peach Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. light cream
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. pastry flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 c. sliced peeled peaches
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Butter a 9-inch cake pan.
Set aside. Place butter, sugar, egg and vanilla in large bowl.
Sift flour and baking powder.
Mix half of flour into egg mixture.
Pour in cream and mix well.
Add remaining flour and mix well.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Set batter aside.
