Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Raisin Bran
1 c. raisins (optional)
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 qt. buttermilk
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. oil
Preparation

Combine
first 6 ingredients in a large mixing bowl and blend well.
Combine
buttermilk,
eggs and oil and stir into dry ingredients.
Cover
mixture
and
refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven
to
400\u00b0.
Fill cupcake papers 3/4 full and bake 20 minutes or until done.
