White Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. Crisco
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook milk and flour until thick; cool in refrigerator.
    Beat Crisco and sugar together until light and fluffy.
    Add cold milk-flour mixture and vanilla.
    Beat again until fluffy and spread on cake.
