Texas Pecan Candy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. candied cherries
    1/2 lb. candied pineapple
    1/2 lb. pitted dates, coarsely snipped
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    4 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
    4 oz. flaked coconut
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Grease and flour tube pan with removable bottom.
    Combine cherries, pineapple and dates in large bowl.
    Sprinkle with flour; toss to coat well.
    Add pecans and coconut.
    Toss to mix.
    Add condensed milk; stir to mix well. Spoon evenly into tube pan.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Cool in pan.
    Remove from pan and wrap tightly in foil.
    Refrigerate at least 2 weeks.
