Oven Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 c. chopped beef, bacon bits, ham or ground sausage, cooked
    1 c. Mozzarella, American or Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake in buttered or sprayed 3-quart casserole at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
