Steak And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 cube steaks
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    1 can onion soup
    1 can beef consomme
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Cut steak into cubes.
    Brown cubed steak and put in bottom of casserole.
    Add rice and soup mixture.
    Cover and bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
