Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink or red salmon (do not drain)
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    buttered crumbs
Preparation
    Mash salmon well with fork.
    Add egg, onion, lemon juice, salt, dash of pepper, chopped parsley, bread crumbs and flour.
    Mix well and then pack lightly in a small 7 x 3 x 1/2-inch greased loaf pan. Top with buttered crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
