Peachy Pork Picante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless pork loin, cubed
    1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
    4 Tbsp. peach preserves
Preparation
    With a little oil in skillet, brown cubed pork. Add salsa and peach preserves. Stir and mix well. Cover and lower heat. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
