Trout German Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    trout (10 to 12)
    chopped onion or onion salt
    salt
    celery salt
    butter
Preparation
    Place several trout on wire rack in electric skillet.
    Pour water over them to partially cover.
    Sprinkle with onion, salt and celery salt.
    Cover and cook approximately 10 minutes.
    Serve immediately with melted butter.
