Chicken Breast Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless breast fillets
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 small can mushrooms with liquid
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. chopped chives
1/4 tsp. chopped dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Brown chicken in butter.
Slice in 1-inch strips.
Remove from pan.
In frypan, add parsley, chives, dill weed, salt and pepper. When heated through, add mushrooms and liquid and chicken broth. Let this come to a boil.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream and flour.
Stir in chicken broth and cook until thickened.
Add chicken strips.
(Broccoli pieces can also be added.)
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve with cooked egg noodles or potatoes.
Yield: 2 servings.
