Mexican Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cook sugar, buttermilk, butter and soda to soft ball stage. Add vanilla and nuts; beat until creamy.
