Rosie'S Pizzelles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/4 sticks margarine, melted
3 Tbsp. anise extract
Preparation

Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually.
Beat until smooth.
Add cooled melted margarine and anise.
Add flour to egg mixture.
If desired, add several drops of food coloring (red and blue work best).
