Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimiento, drained (optional)
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
Preparation

Thaw and drain frozen vegetables.
Combine vegetable soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimientos and 1/2 can onions. Pour into casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40- minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions.
Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
