Waldorf Red Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 large or 4 small bottles red food coloring
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
Make a paste with the food coloring and cocoa.
Add to mixture.
Add salt and buttermilk with flour and vanilla.
Add vinegar and soda.
Do not beat hard, just blend in.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in two well greased and floured 9-inch pans.
