Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 clove garlic or garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. snipped parsley (optional)
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 carton Ricotta cheese
    1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Early in the day in hot skillet, saute onion in salad oil. Add chuck.
    Cook until red color disappears.
    Mash garlic with salt or use garlic salt.
    Add to meat with pepper, oregano, parsley, tomatoes, tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese and simmer 30 minutes. Refrigerate (not necessary).
    Meanwhile, boil lasagna noodles in water and butter or as label directs.
    Drain and rinse in cool water.
