Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. brown or white rice
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Remove seed from peppers.
    Wash peppers.
    Combine rice, salt, beef, egg, milk and onion.
    Stuff into green peppers.
    Combine water and soup.
    Can be made in crock-pot on low temperature 7 hours or high, 3 to 4 hours.
    Also can be baked in oven at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
