Cheesy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced carrots
1/4 c. diced onion
1 c. water
1 ck. bouillon cube
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a large pot, combine potatoes, celery, carrots, onion, water, parsley and bouillon cube.
Cook over medium heat until soft (about 20 minutes).
Add cheese; stir until melted.
Reduce heat and add milk and eggs.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
