Emily'S Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (7 1/2 oz.) or 1 lb. crabmeat
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 c. bread cubes, crusts removed (save for crumbling on top)
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. half and half
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    1/2 tsp. Durkee sauce
Preparation
    Combine crabmeat, chopped eggs, parsley and onion.
    Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and stir carefully into crabmeat mixture.
    Place into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and cover with crumbled bread crusts, if desired.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, until done.
