Hot Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. slightly warm water
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
1 Tbsp. salt
6 to 8 c. flour
Preparation

Combine in large mixing bowl the boiling water and shortening. Add sugar and salt and allow to cool. Combine yeast and slightly warm water and add to first mixture. Add flour until not too stiff (usually about 7 cups).
