Microwave Turkey Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
1 medium to large onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
2 1/2 tsp. chili powder *
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation

Microwave together, in a 3-quart glass bowl for about 7 minutes, the first 4 items listed.
Cook until turkey is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.
Stir once during cooking time and break up lumps.
Drain mixture and break up lumps again.
Return the mixture to the bowl.
