Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. brown sugar plus 16 packets Equal
2 c. seedless raisins
1 3/4 c. water
6 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
pinch of salt
2 pie crusts
Preparation

Combine lemon juice, orange juice, sugar, raisins and 1 1/4 cups water and heat to boiling.
Add pinch of salt.
Mix flour and remaining 1/2 cup water to a smooth paste and add to mixture gradually, stirring constantly.
Cook 5 minutes.
Add butter or margarine.
Cool in refrigerator while preparing pie crusts.
