Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 large pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
crackers, crushed
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. onion
butter
Preparation

Cook broccoli; drain.
Saute onions; add soup.
Cook until heated and blended.
Place broccoli in bottom of dish.
Pour soup mixture over.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Add enough butter to moisten crackers.
Cover top completely with crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
