Italian Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked black-eyed peas
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 can sliced ripe olives
1/2 c. sliced pepperoni
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1 (7 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1 c. rotini pasta
1/2 c. creamy Italian dressing
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cube the Mozzarella.
Mix all ingredients together.
Chill and serve.
