Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cut up
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 small onion
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    2 ribs celery
    1/2 stick butter
    4 Tbsp. Cheez Whiz or Velveeta
Preparation
    Cook rice; cook broccoli.
    Saute onion, green pepper and celery until soft.
    In a large bowl, combine rice, broccoli and vegetables.
    Add soup and cheese; mix well.
    Place in uncovered casserole at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
