Carrots Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 bunches carrots
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients in blender or by hand.
    Cut carrots in small pieces and parboil.
    After first 6 ingredients have been well blended, add the carrots.
    Sliver onion and green pepper and add to the mixture.
    Put mixture in bowl and refrigerate overnight or until needed.
