Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated raw carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Add oil and eggs; mix well.
Add carrots and walnuts. Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake one hour in 325\u00b0 oven.
