Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1 c. water
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. orange marmalade
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of cloves
Preparation

Bring raisins, water, orange juice and marmalade to a boil. Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt and cloves together.
Gradually add some of the boiling mixture to the cornstarch mixture to make a liquid.
Then stir this liquid mixture into the boiling mixture gradually and cook until thick and clear.
Makes 3 cups.
Great served on baked ham.
