Golden Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. grated sharp American cheese
    dash of pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Melt oleo and remove from heat.
    Blend in flour and cook until thickened.
    Combine yolks and lemon juice and mix with sauce. Heat 1 minute and stir in cheese.
    Serve over cooked vegetables.
