Philadelphia Scrapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork (include some pork liver)
    3 qt. water
    4 c. buckwheat
    2 c. cornmeal
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook pork in water until tender.
    Remove meat and let broth cool; skim off fat.
    Grind meat and return to broth.
    Add seasonings and return to a boil.
    Combine flour and cornmeal; slowly add to cooking mixture, stirring constantly.
    Boil for one hour, stirring often.
    Pour into loaf pans and let cool.
