Wrapped Herb Chicken(Perfect For Working Moms With No Time To Cook!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
    6 Tbsp. chopped chives or any fresh herb
    3/4 c. lemon juice
    6 tsp. onion powder or to taste
    6 Tbsp. (3/4 stick) butter
    6 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place each chicken piece on large sheet of foil.
    Top each with 1 tablespoon herbs, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon parsley.
    Fold foil tightly around chicken, with double folds on each edge.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
