Stone (Vegetable) Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, peeled
    1 small head cabbage
    3 large onions
    2 large cans tomatoes
    4 carrots, peeled
    3 stalks celery
    1 large bag frozen mixed vegetables
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop raw vegetables and put in large pot.
    Add tomatoes, frozen vegetables and water as needed.
    Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 hours.
    Taste and add salt and pepper.
    Taste again and adjust if needed.
    Refrigerate overnight. Heat and enjoy.
