Lemon Fluff Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. water
1 c. sugar, divided
1 baked 9-inch pie crust
Preparation

Separate eggs.
Beat yolks until thick.
Add lemon juice, water and 1/2 cup sugar.
Cook over low heat until thick.
Cool. Beat egg whites until stiff with sugar and continue beating until like Marshmallow Creme.
Fold half of meringue into lemon mixture. Pour into pie crust and spoon rest of meringue in ring around outside of pie crust.
