Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. allspice
pinch of pepper
1 med onion, grated
3 stalks of celery
1/4 c. milk
1/4 - 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
5 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 bouillon cubes
3 bay leaves
butter
Preparation

Heat milk and a pat of butter, add stuffing mix. Mix with hamburger, egg, salt, sugar, allspice, pepper, onion and celery. Roll into small balls and brown in butter.
