Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 chicken breasts (may use turkey to fill 2 c.)
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 pkg. slivered almonds to taste
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 single bag Lay's potato chips
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Stew chicken or use turkey.
    Fill 2 cups with bite size pieces.
    Mix in celery and almonds.
    In another bowl, mix mayonnaise and soup.
    Combine both mixtures.
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Pour mixture into casserole dish.
    Poke holes in bag of chips with fork to let air out.
    Crush chips with hand before opening bag.
    Put chips on top of mixture.
    Bake approximately 40 minutes.
    About 5 or 10 minutes before it's done, sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
