Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can pinto beans
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 small box corn bread
Preparation

Brown meat with onion and celery, drain.
Add seasonings, corn, beans, olives, soup and cheese. Mix well.
Mix corn bread topping according to package directions.
Pour over casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until topping is brown.
