Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot water or chicken stock
    1 c. rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine the ingredients in a covered casserole.
    Cover and bake for 45 minutes or longer for large quantities.
    My favorite way to cook rice!
