Toll House Famous Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (9 oz.) Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Preparation

Line 8-inch square baking pan with foil. Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat. Boil for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, morsels, nuts and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows are melted. Pour into prepared dish and refrigerate for 2 hours, until firm. Lift from pan and remove foil. Cut into pieces. Makes approximately 48 pieces.
