Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. (1-inch) cut rhubarb
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter.
Add egg.
Combine flour, salt and soda and add to mixture.
Add buttermilk, rhubarb and nuts.
