Pan Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 (1 lb.) loaves home-style bread, cut into cubes
3 1/2 c. diced celery
3 1/2 c. diced onions
Preparation

Saute in 1 pound butter or margarine until celery and onions are transparent.
Add to 4 cups of chicken broth; stir until mixed. Then gradually add to bread cubes, tossing as you add the mixture. Season with poultry, chicken meat seasoning, add a little pepper. Place in roaster with cover or cover with foil.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Stir every 20 minutes to keep the stuffing from drying out around the edges.
A smaller amount will take less time to bake, but will still need to be stirred.
