Pizza Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast (Rapid Rise)
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. warm water
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. oil
Preparation

Dissolve yeast and sugar in water in a small bowl; let stand 2 minutes.
Place flour and salt in a food processor fitted with a steel blade.
Pulse twice to combine.
Add yeast mixture and combine with on-off turns until just moistened.
With machine running, pour oil through feed tube and process just until dough begins to leave sides of work bowl and form a ball.
Knead approximately 1 minute until smooth and elastic.
Form into a ball and place in oiled bowl, turning to oil top.
Cover and let rise until doubled in size (15 to 20 minutes).
Shape into pizza crust and proceed with your own topping recipe.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Yield:
One 12-inch pizza crust.
