Veal Scallopini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. thin sliced veal (turkey cutlets may be used)
    2 cloves garlic
    2 or 3 tomatoes
    1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
    olive oil
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Brown veal in olive oil with 2 garlic cloves. Slice tomatoes in thick slices.
    Add to veal, then add mushrooms.
    Mix wine and cheese together.
    Pour over meat and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
