No Cook Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 c. softened butter
    1 tsp. peppermint extract
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    food coloring
Preparation
    Blend corn syrup, butter and extract with salt.
    Add sugar and use hands to mix until smooth and well blended.
