Lemon Chess Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. corn meal
    2 Tbsp. flour
    6 eggs (unbeaten)
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
    6 Tbsp. milk
    6 tsp. lemon zest or grated lemon rind
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts
Preparation
    Mix sugar, corn meal and flour.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
