Lemon Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 grated lemon rind
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

To prepare lemon butter, beat eggs until light.
Add sugar with lemon juice and grated lemon peel.
Combine in a saucepan with butter.
Cook, stirring constantly until thickened to a pudding, constantly stirring.
Let cool and spread on cake. Serves 8.
