Cold Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    4 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. horseradish mustard
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. dried dill weed
    1/4 tsp. dried basil
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion or chives
    1 c. diced carrots
    2 medium tomatoes, diced
    10 oz. cooked ham, cut into strips
Preparation
    Cook rice in broth until tender.
    Mix oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, dill and basil.
    Toss with hot rice.
    Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour or more.
    Before serving, mix remaining ingredients and toss.
