Potatoes With Rosemary And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium-sized potatoes (unpeeled), cut in thick slices
    2 tsp. olive oil
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese with jalapeno peppers
    1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed or 2 tsp. fresh
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a shallow 1 1/2-quart dish; sprinkle with the oil and seasonings.
    Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring twice until potatoes are almost tender.
    Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand 5 minutes until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted.
    Makes 4 servings.
