Pie Melon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, mashed pie melon
    4 large eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. canned milk
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon
Preparation
    Add all ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into two 9-inch uncooked pie crusts.
    Cook 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Cook an additional 50 to 60 minutes.
