Haley Pena Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 round flat tortilla chips
4 jalapenos, cut into thirds
12 slices Monterey Jack cheese, cut into rounds
12 slices Cheddar cheese, cut into small rounds
Preparation

Place chips on cookie sheet.
Place jalapeno slice in center of each chip.
Place a round slice of Monterey Jack cheese on top. Then center a smaller round Cheddar slice on top.
Put under broiler until cheese melts.
