Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut up
    3 c. rice
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. celery powder
    1 stick butter
    6 c. water
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large pot.
    Add chicken and brown well.
    Add cubes, garlic and celery powder.
    Next add rice and water.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover with lid and turn down on low.
    Cook for approximately 30 minutes on low.
    Serve while hot.
